Let's talk about the blog post section for your store. The flex team comes with a recent blog post section that shows the most recent blog post in a given blog. The blog post section from the Flex Team Sections app is a little bit different, in that you can pick which blog articles to show. So to get started, you're going to want to be in your app and make sure that the JP blog Posts section is installed in your theme.
And then if it is, you go into theme customization. And you go to the page or the collection or the product. This section is available on a lot of different template types, and what you'll do is add section and you'll pick JP blog posts.
And you have the ability to decide what the heading is going to be. And then you get to pick what number of articles you want. So you add a block for each article that you want to show. And usually the way you're going to use this for is
Let's say you have a knee brace, you know, and this is a product page for knee brace. You might have articles that talk about knee braces, how to clean them, how to select the right one, how to size them, whatever that is. So you come here and you add the blocks to the number of articles you want to promote.
And then over here you go and select the article that you want to add. And you can add any number of them that you want to by the number of blocks that you add.
I gotta say, you hit the select button down there to save the setting. And you know you can reduce the number if you want anytime or hide them. Mineral center if you have less than a full row's worth. Now you can also adjust the number of articles per row at the section level settings. You can go anywhere from 2 to 5, and you can adjust what content to show in the article.
Promotion tags author estimated reading time, date, excerpts, border and comment count. And that's it for adding articles to a product, a page or a collection, and picking those articles that are relevant for that page.
